- 3/4 cup R.W. Knudsen® Organic Cranberry Pomegranate Flavored Juice Blend
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup Crisco® 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Santa Cruz Organic® Pure Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Kosher or coarse sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- ADD cranberry-pomegranate juice and balsamic vinegar to small saucepan. Heat to a boil, reduce heat to simmer 5 to 7 minutes, until thickened. Cool.
- WHISK cranberry-pomegranate reduction with lemon juice, olive oil, and mustard in small bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
