Orange Mango Sweet and Sour Sauce

Yield: 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 cups Santa Cruz Organic® Orange Mango Flavored Juice Blend
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons grated fresh gingerroot
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. MIX sugar and cornstarch in medium saucepan. Stir in juice, vinegar, gingerroot and salt. Cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.
  2. Serve over grilled chicken, pork, fish and shellfish or ham.
