Sriracha Scented Shrimp On Garlic Baguettes

  • 1/3 cup pure olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic, divided
  • 18 to 20 slices French baguette, cut on diagonal 3/4-inch wide
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 pound large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined (18/20 ct.)
  • 1/4 cup Santa Cruz Organic® Pure Lime Juice
  • 1 large very ripe tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 3 to 4 teaspoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro


  1. ADD olive oil to large skillet. Saute 1 teaspoon garlic in oil. Brown both sides of baguettes in skillet over medium-high heat. Remove from skillet to plate. Tent with foil.
  2. HEAT butter in same skillet over medium heat. Saute shrimp, with lime juice, remaining 2 teaspoons of garlic, tomato and sriracha, 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp is opaque. Remove pan from heat. Stir in cilantro.
  3. PLACE baguettes on individual plates or platter. Top each with one shrimp. Spoon additional sauce over shrimp.
