Frozen Lemon-Blueberry Yogurt Pops
- 1 1/2 cups Fresh blueberries
- 2/3 cup vanilla flavored Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 3 tablespoons Santa Cruz Organic® 100% Lemon Juice
- Step 1
COMBINE blueberries, yogurt, honey and lemon juice in blender container. Cover and pulse just until mixture is blended and blueberries are coarsely chopped.
- Step 2
DIVIDE evenly into 8 (3 oz.) or 12 (2 oz.) ice pop molds. Place covers on molds.
- Step 3
FREEZE 6 hours or until firm.
