Frozen Lemon-Blueberry Yogurt Pops

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Fresh blueberries
  • 2/3 cup vanilla flavored Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 3 tablespoons Santa Cruz Organic® 100% Lemon Juice

Directions

  • Step 1

    COMBINE blueberries, yogurt, honey and lemon juice in blender container. Cover and pulse just until mixture is blended and blueberries are coarsely chopped.

  • Step 2

    DIVIDE evenly into 8 (3 oz.) or 12 (2 oz.) ice pop molds. Place covers on molds.

  • Step 3

    FREEZE 6 hours or until firm.
