Frozen Lemon-Blueberry Yogurt Pops

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2/3 cup vanilla flavored Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons Santa Cruz Organic® 100% Lemon Juice

Directions

  1. COMBINE blueberries, yogurt, honey and lemon juice in blender container. Cover and pulse just until mixture is blended and blueberries are coarsely chopped.
  2. DIVIDE evenly into 8 (3 oz.) or 12 (2 oz.) ice pop molds. Place covers on molds.
  3. FREEZE 6 hours or until firm.
