Gingered Peanut Butter-Banana Ice Pops

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup Santa Cruz Organic® Dark Roasted Creamy Peanut Butter or your favorite variety
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons Santa Cruz Organic® 100% Ginger Juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Directions

  1. COMBINE banana, peanut butter, water, ginger juice and honey in blender container. Cover and process until smooth.
  2. DIVIDE evenly into 6 (3 oz.) or 9 (2 oz.) ice pop molds. Cover molds with lids.
  3. FREEZE 6 hours or until firm.
