Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup Santa Cruz Organic® Dark Roasted Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tbsps. Santa Cruz Organic® 100% Ginger Juice
  • 2 tbsps. honey

Directions

  • Step 1

    COMBINE banana, peanut butter, water, ginger juice and honey in blender container. Cover and process until smooth.

  • Step 2

    DIVIDE evenly into 6 (3 oz.) or 9 (2 oz.) ice pop molds. Cover molds with lids.

  • Step 3

    FREEZE 6 hours or until firm.
