  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk chilled
  • 2 tablespoons Santa Cruz Organic® Chocolate Flavored Syrup
  • Whipped cream, for garnish
  • Carob or chocolate shavings, for garnish


  1. COMBINE water, coffee crystals, sweetened condensed milk and chocolate syrup in blender container. Process until crystals are dissolved and mixture is frothy.
  2. FILL 4 tall glasses with ice. Pour mixture over ice. Top with whipped cream and carob or chocolate shavings.
  4. ICED RED RASPBERRY CAFE MOCHA: Add 1/2 cup Santa Cruz Red Raspberry Fruit Spread to blender container.
