  • Step 1

    ADD cranberry-pomegranate juice and balsamic vinegar to small saucepan. Heat to a boil, reduce heat to simmer 5 to 7 minutes, until thickened. Cool.

  • Step 2

    WHISK cranberry-pomegranate reduction with lemon juice, olive oil, and mustard in small bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
