Apricot–Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Santa Cruz® Organic Apricot Mango Flavored Juice Blend chilled

  • 2 tablespoons vanilla-flavored almond milk, chilled

  • 1/2 cup mango chunks, frozen

  • 1 small ripe banana

  • 1/16 teaspoon finely grated gingerroot or to taste

Directions

  • Step 1

    COMBINE juice, almond milk, mango, banana and gingerroot in blender container. Cover and process until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Enhance your smoothie with protein powder, ground flax seeds or sesame seeds.
